The AIR 250 S4 electric motor, by default, is manufactured for operation in a network with alternating current 220, 380 V, with six terminals in the terminal box.
Also, the AIR 250 S4 electric motor can have a climatic design, the third category of placement, which allows the engine to be used indoors, without adjusting climatic conditions.
It is important to note that AIR 250 M4 electric motors are marked according to the degree of protection IP54. This means that the AIR 250 electric motor is protected from dust and splashes of water, however, its casing is not sealed, so it will not withstand prolonged immersion in water.
It is also possible to order motors, with two shaft ends, with increased slip characteristics.
Electric motors AIR 250 S4 can have various mounting designs – on feet with one cylindrical shaft end; on feet with two shaft ends. The motors can be installed in any spatial position. Also, AIR 250 S4 electric motors are available in versions with a flange and combined – feet and flange. Electric motors can be produced with one or two cylindrical shaft ends.
It should be noted that the AIR 250 S4 electric motor corresponds to the insulation heat resistance class F, which means that the insulation is resistant to strong heating. This is achieved through the use of asbestos and fiberglass combined with synthetic materials.
The main parts of the engines, namely the shields and the frame, are made of cast iron.
