Description

General-purpose asynchronous motors with squirrel-cage rotor AIR series (high and low-speed electric motors)

The low-speed electric motor is designed to operate from a three-phase alternating current network, with a frequency of 50 Hz and 60 Hz. Mounting and connecting dimensions and technical characteristics of motors are indicated in the catalog.

The nominal values ​​of climatic factors for engines during operation in working condition are in accordance with GOST 15150 for products of the climatic version U, UHL, etc.

AIR series of general industrial engines consists of:

  • The number of poles – 2, 4, 6, 8, 10.

If the operating ambient (air) temperature exceeds + 40 ° C, the rated power of the motors must be reduced by 5% with an increase in temperature for every 5 ° C. The maximum ambient temperature during operation should not exceed 60 ° C.

The rated power is provided in continuous operation at a temperature of 40 ° C and an altitude of no more than 1000 m., Although they remain operational even at an altitude of over 1000 m to an altitude of 4300 m above sea level, while the engine power decreases.

When operating at an altitude of over 1000 m to 4300 m, the engine load must be reduced according to Table 1.

Engine series AIR

  • are produced with the connection of capacities to standard sizes according to GOST 183;
  • motors are designed for S1 operation;
  • of the AIR electric motor, high-speed (up to 3000 rpm) and low-speed at a speed of 600 rpm. per minute
  • motors are manufactured in a cast iron casing, have a degree of protection IP55 in accordance with GOST 17494 (fan casing – IP20);
  • motors are equipped with PTC thermistors (PTC thermistors) to protect the stator from overheating or RT-100 sensors can be installed to protect the stator and bearing assemblies from overheating (optional, as agreed with the customer);
  • motors have an insulation system of thermal resistance class F (temperature index 155 ° C). In this case, the excess of the temperature of the stator windings over the ambient temperature of motors with a service factor of 1.15 is no more than 83 ° С, for motors with a service factor of 1.1 – no more than 90 ° С. By agreement with the customer, the motors can be manufactured with heat resistance class H.

AIR motors are manufactured in the following versions according to the installation method GOST 2479:

  • on the legs – IM1081 (B3);
  • on feet with a flange – IM2081 (B35);
  • without feet with flange – IM3081 (B5);

Motors allow both right-hand and left-hand directions of rotation. The change in the direction of rotation should only be carried out from the rotor at rest.

The motors correspond to the group of operating conditions M6 – vibration loads corresponding to the degree of severity 10a (frequency range 1-100 Hz, maximum acceleration 1 g in accordance with GOST 17516.1-90).

By agreement with the manufacturer, motors with power supply from frequency-controlled converters can be manufactured (for this, a questionnaire is filled in). The root-mean-square value of the vibration velocity of the bearing supports does not exceed 2.8 mm / s.
