Electric motor AIM 132 s8 with a power of 11 kW, operates at a frequency of 2900 rpm. An important feature of the electric motor is the efficiency level corresponding to 87.4. Such a high indicator, which is provided by the AIM 132 electric motor, became possible due to the precision of the design. The height of the shaft rotation axis is 132 mm.
The power factor (cosφ) is equal to 0.90, which significantly reduces the risk of overvoltage in the network.
AIM 132 s6 electric motor is placed in a gray cast iron casing equipped with fins to improve cooling. Also, AIM 132 electric motors can be made of silumin.
One of the key features of the engine is the possibility of short-term mechanical overloads.
Electric motors AIM 132 s4 are produced in a climatic version, which requires use in closed rooms or under a shed. This is necessary in order to protect the housing from dust and precipitation, since the engine is only protected from small splashes and a small amount of dust in the AIM.
Electric motors AIM 132 m4 are distinguished by simple start-up, as well as the possibility of easy automation. Also, motors are characterized by a constant speed value under different loads.
The noise level of the motor is significantly reduced (up to 55 dB) thanks to high-precision bearings.
The motors of this series are available in different mounting options: foot mounting, flange mounting, combined mounting (feet and flange).
By increasing the multiplicity of starting torques, the reliability of the engine is increased during starts and overloads.
