Description

Asynchronous motors are a popular solution for automation tasks in manufacturing or domestic life. They are used in industry, lifts, ventilation, agriculture. The 7.5 kW electric motor , which is produced by the Dneproresurs company, is a part of the most demanded AIR series of engines. This is a line of asynchronous electric motors with reference to the dimensions of the RS3031-71, unified for Interelectro.

Application of 7.5 kW electric motors

The 7.5 kW electric motor is used in AC power grids. The required parameters of this network: frequency – 50 Hz, rated voltage – 220, 380 or 660 V. Actual parameters should not differ from the declared ones by more than 5%. General industrial 7.5 kW electric motor has several variations, differing in the height of the shaft axis. It can be equal to 112, 132 or 160 mm.

Also, depending on the number of pole pairs on the stator, the nominal rotor speed changes: 3000, 1500, 1000 and 750 rpm at 1, 2, 3 and 4 pairs, respectively. The rest of the parameters of this engine can be found in the catalogs of our website.

Protection for internal elements of 7.5 kW electric motors

The 7.5 kW electric motor is protected from dust on the internal working parts. It is also not susceptible to water spray. However, the conditions of its operation require the absence of conductive or aggressive elements in the air – this negatively affects the durability of the product. The total dust content should not exceed 10 mg / m3. m. The maximum height of placement is 1000 m above sea level. The ambient temperature should be within -40 .. + 40 ° С (up to + 25 ° С at high air humidity).

7.5 kW electric motors are covered by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty and serviceability subject to operating standards.
