Specificity of 30 kW electric motors

One of the representatives of this line is the 30 kW electric motor. This is a basic general industrial specimen with no modifications by default. For its operation, an alternating current network with a frequency of 50 Hz and a rated voltage of 220/380 or 380 / 660V is required. The maximum deviation from the stated numbers is 5%. If this limit is exceeded, product stability is not guaranteed. Depending on the number of pole pairs on the stator winding, the 30 kW electric motor has 4 variations:

• 1 pair – rotor speed is 3000 rpm, shaft axis height – 180 mm;
• 2 pairs – frequency 1500 rpm, shaft axis height – 180 mm;
• 3 pairs – 1000 rpm, 200 mm;
• 4 pairs – 750 rpm, 220 mm.

Degrees of protection of electric motors

The housing has an IP54 degree of protection. This means that 30 kW electric motors can operate when exposed to splashing water and dustiness of the room (no more than 10 mg / m3). However, the air must not contain conductive particles or gases / vapors with an aggressive medium.

The product is operated at temperatures from -40 ° C to + 40 ° C. If the room has high humidity (up to 98%), then the upper temperature threshold is reduced to + 25 ° C. The maximum height at which 30 kW electric motors can be located is 1000 m above sea level.
