Purpose of 250 kW industrial electric motor

The 250 kW electric motor is actively used in the industry to create electric drives. The reliability of its work depends very much on the conditions in which it is operated. The power source should be an alternating current power grid with a frequency of 50 Hz and a rated voltage of 220/380 or 380/660, depending on the chosen connection scheme (delta or star). The maximum permissible deviation from these values ​​is 5%.

The use of the engine must be carried out at a temperature of -40 .. + 40 ° C, at an altitude of up to 1000 m above sea level. If the air humidity is increased to 98%, the maximum temperature drops to + 25 ° C. IP54 degree of protection allows the engine to function when moisture drops and dust up to 10 mg / cc. m. Electric motors of 250 kW are not recommended to operate in the presence of aggressive vapors / gases or explosive substances in the air.

Complete set and modification of 250 kW electric motors

The 250 kW electric motor is produced in a general industrial configuration. To obtain a modified model (with a phase rotor, temperature sensors, etc.), it is necessary to coordinate this issue with the manufacturer in advance.

This model has the same variations as the entire AIR line. They differ in the rotor speed (3000, 1500, 1000, 750 rpm) and the number of stator winding poles (2, 4, 6, 8, respectively). The dimensions of the product and its shaft also depend on these parameters.
